For the past 15 years Mr. Wright has served as Vice President and COO of Wright Solutions, Inc., Prior to forming Wright Solutions, Mr. Wright was Director of subcontracts and procurement and a Senior Contracts Manager with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He has worked to build the business by always striving for a high level of customer satisfaction and the implementation of solid leadership throughout the organizations he served.
He has over 30 years of business experience in contracts and acquisition management, in addition to accounting. He attended Bernard Baruch College in New York City and then the University of Maryland. As President and CEO of TWCG he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all business related activities to include finance and accounting, business and proposal development, and strategic planning.

Yolande B. Long is accomplished human resources professional with more than 15 years of experience working with diverse organizations. After receiving her BA in Psychology from Marymount University in 1988, she began her career in human resources as a Human Resources Specialist with Northern Virginia Community College. As she progressed in her career working for various companies in the professional government services industry, she developed proficient expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, employee relations, and workforce planning.Most recently, Ms. Long was the Sr. Human Resources Manager with Wright Solutions, Inc., where she focused on organizational development and strategic implementation of human resources initiatives.
As a native New Yorker born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago who recently earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is pursuing a MA in Employment Law, Ms. Long brings a deep wealth of experience, energy, and passion for human resources to TWCG.

Mr. Link has over 27 years of experience related to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and operations of Subcontracts and Procurement compliance. He was the Sr. Director, Procurement/Subcontracts Systems and Compliance at DRS TSI. He was the Sr. Compliance Manager at Unisys and a Sr. Manager of Compliance at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). His background and knowledge made him responsible for multiple Business Systems.He spent 15 years working at Computer Sciences Corporation supporting Procurement and Subcontracts as the Compliance Manager. His affiliations include NCMA. He has helped both large and small companies prepare for CPSR audits with success. He is familiar with the accounting and procurement system Costpoint, SAP, Oracle ERP systems and has supported the implementations of the Costpoint materials modules for 3 major corporations.

Lewis Williams III has 20 years in the education industry holding various positions that include Education Manager, Instructional Systems Designer, Curriculum Developer, Training Instructor and Adjunct Professor. His career has spanned several industries from a large corporations and small businesses to government contracting and academia.
Lewis earned a BBA from Howard University in Computer Information Systems, and a MA from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County in Instructional Design. He also holds a certifications in Instructional Systems Development, Instructional Technology, and Microsoft Office.
Mr. Williams has used adult learning theories and instructional design principles to develop and design curriculum for instructor-led, e-learning, and web-based courses. He has created training strategies as well as utilized needs analysis to develop learning solutions that are measureable, assessable, and match learning outcomes.

Mr. Webb has worked in the government contracting arena for over 31 years. Within this timeframe his experience includes 26 years of relevant experience in project management and supporting healthcare information technology as both a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a clinical report/measures developer (Access to Care Measure and Performance Metrics).While working for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), he has served as the Senior Business Intelligence Specialist and Project Manager for the TRICARE Operations Center (TOC). He was responsible for the daily operation of the TOC and served as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of clinical analytics and Access to Care management strategies.
Prior to working for SAIC, he served in Marketing Programs for Integrated Systems Analysts, Inc. In this capacity he performed marketing outreach, prospect research and bid opportunity identification in the areas of cost estimating and analysis. He also was active in proposal development.

Carmen Cunningham has over 15 years of experience in Health Information Management with an emphasis in Medical Coding and Auditing, Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Information Systems implementation and Private Practices Management Consulting. Her concentration has been on focusing on the practice of acquiring, analyzing and protecting digital and traditional medical information vital to providing quality patient care and maintaining the latest information management technology applications. She has also focused on providing support while understanding the current workflow in any healthcare provider organization from large hospital systems to the private physician practice. Additionally, she has developed future workflow processes to simplify the workflow from coding to bill generation to the complete revenue cycle reimbursement. She has worked as Coding Manager for an organization in Washington, DC where there are over 51-outpatient specialties, 900-providers and 85-credentialed and non- credentialed medical coders on staff where she provide knowledgebase coding support too.
Ms. Cunningham has earned an MS in Health Information Technology with a minor in Health Information Systems from The Catholic University of America and a BS in Health Care Administration from Columbia Union University. She also holds a certification from AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and has satisfied the requirements for ICD-10.
